Just had my window cranks, fixed and replaced. Thank you so much Iain for your professionalism and expertise!
My windows open and close perfectly now, thanks to you and your company! From the first point of contact when I spoke to Jo on the phone, your company made this happen in a matter of days. I will highly recommend you to my neighbors and friends. Thank you!!

Iain was able to quickly and professionally fix the casement windows I was unable to close. He did a great job, I highly recommend his services. Thank you!
Thank you Travis for taking time to leave this review. Glad we could repair your casement window by replacing the broken hinges.
Iain was awesome!!! Iain had my dryer up and running in under 15 minutes after we had the manufacturer here 3 times to repair. We are 100% happy with the work completed. We would recommend to everyone.
Thanks Rick, glad you were happy with our Dryer Vent Cleaning service (https://www.dryerventcleaner.ca) and that you no longer have issues
In a word, Iain was simply awesome! We had two small windows that fogged up in our front hallway. What made it difficult was they were about 20 feet up and only access was standing on a small 45 degree platform below the windows. Most companies wouldn’t touch this job! Iain came super quick, ordered new glass and had them replaced in no time! Price was very reasonable. And he’s a super nice guy!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any window problems! Thanks so much Iain!!

I would highly recommend Iain for any patio door repairs. Iain was very responsive and did an excellent job in ensuring my issue was addressed in a timely manner.
Appreciate how quickly you were able to get the glass in our windows replaced. Then replacing the broken window crank on our downstairs window on the same visit was great. Thanks!
Thank you very much for the link to Amazon for the cranks. I ended up ordering them but they didn't work. Put a call into the window manufacturer and ended up visiting the show room. Got all the pieces I needed to fix all my windows for free just because I went there! (Woodbridge)
Thank you for taking the time to look up the cranks and sending it. Very decent to do that when you could have made some money doing a service call.
Take care,

We contacted Iain for the first time to replace the rollers in our two sliding patio doors. When Iain arrived he indicated that the one door just needed adjusting and probably would only improve marginally if he replaced the rollers so why waste our money. He replaced the rollers in the second door and made other adjustments resulting in a much improved functioning of the sliding door. Iain was on time for the appointment, efficient and a pleasure to meet. We have added Iain's name to our preferred contact list for any door, window cranks or screens that we need repaired or replaced in the future.
Thanks Wayne for your review and your business. Glad I could help fix your patio door roller issues.
Ian came and replaced a broken latch that broke unexpectedly. Was never in a hurry , did a quick sweep of a few more windows to ensure they were ok!
Highly recommended ! Please call them to troubleshoot your requirements. Remember, not just windows but willing to fix anything! Just Ask.
I recently hired the Window Repair Man to fix a couple of stubborn issues with my home's windows—one that wouldn't seal properly and another with a damaged frame that had been letting in drafts for months. From the very first call, I could tell this guy was different.
He was incredibly punctual, arrived right on time.No waiting around or last-minute excuses, which is rare these days.
What really stood out was his patience . The job turned out to be trickier than expected ( Fapim window ) , but he never rushed or showed frustration. He took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all my questions without making me feel like a bother, and double-checked everything to make sure it was perfect before packing up.
His determination was impressive too. When one part was obsolete and hard to source, he didn't give up or suggest a full expensive replacement. Instead, he went the extra mile to track down a compatible solution and made it work flawlessly..
On top of the excellent craftsmanship, he's just a genuinely man , friendly, polite, respectful of my condo. He left the work area spotless .
If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, and truly customer-focused for window repairs, I can't recommend the Window Repair Man highly enough. Iain is the real deal—book him with confidence!

Unlike most business cards, we will be keeping Iain's for anything that may come up in the future! Thanks, Iain and Jo!

Fantastic work! Had the dryer and vents cleaned, night and day difference. Fast, professional, courteous and clean. No complaints at all, would recommend to friends.
He miraculously fixed my window!! The old window could slide up but couldn't latch so I had to use a wooden block to prop it open. My carpenter couldn't figure it out but suggested a new window. Thank you for your magic fingers, Iain.
