Contacted Window Repairman via phone because the window arm disconnected from the window panel, the service person answered the phone and advised that this is a common issue and is a very easy thing to fix by myself (just need to bend up the arm) instead of to have the service person come and pay service fee, Appreciated for the help!
Thank you Jae Hao we try to help customers do the work themselves if its an easy fix. We would feel like crooks on simple fixes… we prefer a challenge
