Thank you very much for the link to Amazon for the cranks. I ended up ordering them but they didn't work. Put a call into the window manufacturer and ended up visiting the show room. Got all the pieces I needed to fix all my windows for free just because I went there! (Woodbridge)Thank you for taking the time to look up the cranks and sending it. Very decent to do that when you could have made some money doing a service call.
