On top of the excellent craftsmanship, he's just a genuinely man , friendly, polite, respectful of my condo. He left the work area spotless .

Thank you very much for the link to Amazon for the cranks. I ended up ordering them but they didn't work. Put a call into the window manufacturer and ended up visiting the show room. Got all the pieces I needed to fix all my windows for free just because I went there! (Woodbridge)
